Student Pass Application

1. Upon successful admission into the CSAL Humber programme, CSAL registers the enrolled student with ICA via the Online Student Pass application.

2. CSAL admissions will email the On Line Student Pass Registration Slip to agent or student.

3. Agent or Student logs-on ICA webs site and completes form F16 and V36 on line as well as scan the photograph.

4. Student Pass Processing takes approximately 5-6 weeks.

5. IPA status (In Principle Approval), CSAL admissions emails the IPA letter to agent or student.

6. A Bankers Guarantee is issued as well as other documents as required by the In Principle Approval Letter.

7. A Single entry Visa is collected by CSAL and sent to the student or agent.

8. Student arrives in Singapore.

9. CSAL admissions assists the student with Medical Examination, completion of Student Pass formalities and the collection of student pass.
