Students and the public can find information on Student Protection Scheme in the Student Services Office.

INFORMATION ABOUT SPS ON THE WEB SITE

In accord with the Singapore government effort to safeguard the interests of students who have entrusted their future and education here, CSAL has undertaken a Student Protection Scheme as stipulated by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE). As required by the scheme, CSAL will enter into a student contract with our students.  The student contract lays out the important terms and conditions governing the relationship between the student and CSAL.

As part of the Student Protection Scheme, CSAL has established the Student Tuition Fee Account, Escrow, which serves to protect the students’ fees and safeguard the interest of our students.

How does the Student Tuition Fee Account work?

Student will sign a Student Escrow Confirmation that s/he is prepared to abide by the tuition fees payment schedule. Before student pays every next installment into the Escrow account, CSAL issues a voucher to the student stating the details of tuition fees to be paid.
